What have the mellos been up to these past couple of years?

The mellos have had a very successful past three years. We have marched with the best in the Bands of America National Championships at the RCA Dome (Indianapolis), competed in the BOA Atlanta and St. Louis Regional Championships, and have marched down the streets of Hawai'i. In our marching shows, we have featured 2 mello soloists, 1 section french horn feature, 1 french horn quartet, and countless section mello features. We continue this year to get chosen to play solos and section mello features. We will be traveling to Bowling Green Kentucky, for BOA, as well as the Atlanta  Super regional, and a local competition. Over Winter Break we will be attending the Orange Bowl in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. We are very lucky to get these opportunities and we work very hard to come through for the band!
